Hallberg Rassy is a Swedish shipyard, located in Ellos on the island Orust. His specialty: quality sailboats, from 31 to 64 feet, suitable for long expeditions. Recognizable thanks to the famous windshield and blue stripes on the fuselage, Hallberg-Rassy sailboats are world famous. The shipyard was born in 1970 following the takeover of the Harry Hallberg shipyard by the builder Christoph Rassy. The first model released in 1974 was the Monsun 31. The success is undeniable: in eight years, more than 900 units were manufactured. The Hallberg-Rassy 41 sailboat, designed by architect Olle Enderlein, will follow. In 1988, the naval architect German Frers took over and continued to design an elegant and timeless design while ensuring remarkable comfort and performance. These qualities were recently rewarded with the election of the Hallberg-Rassy 50 European Sailboat of the Year in the "Luxury Cruiser" category.
