Description

CRUISING CODE ZERO SAIL

High-performance sails, the Code Zero are similar to light genoas. The cruising code zero is useful for non overlapping headsails boats. Their aim is to go upwind in light airs or light medium up to 10-12 knots. However code zero can be used in stronger winds, 18-20 knots up to 110° from the apparent wind. Indicative range of use is 50 to 110° of the apparent wind. Tri-radial cut - the panels are placed according to the efforts for homogeneous distribution of the load and high shape stability. The sail luff is made with rope to cope with the high luff loads in order to produce a straight luff. Code zero sail can be set free flying too but most of the sailors use it with anti twist rope for furler system. Dimension Polyant CZ Code Zero® sail fabric or Woven Contender Stormlite®. Specially tailored for your boat.
