Designed for the famous Optimist dinghy, this catboat-style rig features a single sail at the bow, without shrouds, ensuring easy and safe handling. The Optimist mainsail (3.59 m²) is a gaff sail shaped by a mast, boom, and sprit. Its cross cut ensures both stability and performance, with two battens on the leech. Made from high-density Dacron® polyester (Dimension Polyant® or Challenge Sailcloth®), this sail provides exceptional durability, UV resistance, and shape retention.
