BLACK LINE MAIN SAIL
At Horizon Sails, we manufacture mainsails capable of withstanding the elements. Designed for sailors who demand both durability and performance, each sail is individually crafted to the customer's specifications and built with high-quality materials to ensure durability and excellent shape retention. The Black Line fully battened mainsail is made from high-density Black Dacron® by Challenge Sailcloth® - Newport Black or Fastnet Black. The colored Dacron is woven with high-strength "High Mass Fiber" threads. The dyeing process is done in an autoclave under high pressure and heat, ensuring rich, long-lasting colors.
